Fresh Shucked Oysters
Spiceologist Cajun rub and Fresh Blue Cheese Crumbles
Ready for the Grill
Capt KC’s Black and Blue Oysters
Shuck fresh oysters and leave on the half shell
Place on a baking pan lined with foil
Blend fresh Blue Cheese with your favorite Cajun Rub. [Don’t be stingy with the spice]
make it into a paste or blend really well
Place about 1 Tbsp of the paste on each Oyster and spread it over
Place the pan of oysters on a hot grill.
when the Blue cheese is melting or the liquid is starting to bubble remove from the heat
Allow to cool a bit then enjoy.
You best make more than one pan because these are AWESOME!!!
